How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

United States

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days

International Orders

  • Standard Delivery: 7–20 Business Days

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

After placing your order, you will receive:

  1. An Order Confirmation Email confirming your purchase.
  2. A Shipping Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to make changes.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible.


Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be accommodated.


Do you provide tracking information?

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available from our shipping partners.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.
